When you go into your investment terms there is button for Offers; when you click on it, it shows a table for interest rates for different loan durations and credit scores titled “Currently at the portal”

But what does this table actually show?

Are these interest rates of existing loans or of requests to borrow?
Also, since there is no interest range shown, is the interest number the minimum, maximum, mean, median, etc. of all the rates of that particularly category?
