Why can't I invest by hand in loan applications which are already filled by system to 100%?
Isn't it possible to replace system bids by investor bids?
Why is there a project on Omaraha which is totaly (100%) filled by system?
Why are these already filled applications still on the platform and not closed earlier if already the full requested sum is available?

It is not possible to invest in to loan applications tha are already 100% filled, because they are already confirmed and paid out. It is possible that future system updates will fix this and filled loans are not shown anymore.

Available resources are always changing, so if borrower leaves loan application on hold, at that moment there are not enough money in the system to fulfill the loan, but at the next moment there are and system fully fills the loan.
