Why are there two different interest rate and how is the difference calculated?
Is this a fee for the lenders? Why is there no explanation nowhere?

OktaederTotal interest is borrower total expense, that means it includes interest paid to investor and omaraha commision. Loan interest is interest paid to investor. 2 interest system means that borrower pays the commision fee, thats why the interests are different. You can see how the interest is distributed if you add new investment term.

Thank you. What commision is it? In https://omaraha.ee/en/loan/pricelist/I can't see it.
Omaraha commision is 20% of the total interest, it is not in the pricelist.

Why is it not in the pricelist?
Because it's a price list for a borrower not investor?

Ok. If it is not in the price list because it is a price list for borrowers, then it should be in the price list for investors. But there is no price list for investors.
Somebody has to pay the 20% that goes to Omaraha. If it is not the borrower then it is the investor.
P2P-Banking.comCommision to Omaraha is paid by the borrower, it is not in the pricelist because it is already included in interest and is unavoidable. Investors dont have to pay commison. You can read about Omaraha commison in FAQ.
