Does anyone wants to sell Omaraha investments?

I can buy up to 100K EUR and we can try to negotiate that with Omaraha to do that in manual mode without the secondary market

Loan requriments:
35%+ yield for loans 3-12 months
40%+ yield for loans 13-60 months
900-1000 credit rating
loan must not be overdue (out of yellow or red zone)

It is not possible at the moment.

What happens if an investor dies? Then you do have transfer the investments somehow to successor, dont you? So it has to be possible. Somehow. Another question is what it costs and who should cover these costs.

We dont transfer investments, successor receives access to the deceaseds account and can only transfer money out. Secondary market will come in the future you just have to wait.

What is in case of company account? If company like to liquidate who portfolio (or goes bancrupt, or closing operations and portfolio sold to personX)? What kind of documents do you need and is transfer possible in such way? Assume personX is a current investor of omaraha

It is technically not possible to transfer investment at the moment. We have not had any case where company has been liquidated, if this kind situation occurs before we open secondary market the we will find a way to transfer investments.
