can you explain why the quota has dropped to close to minimum 60%, whilst the warranty fund amount is at all time high amount? Together with increasing by 50% the share Omaraha takes from interest income, this makes Omaraha less and less interesting for investors :(

It has been done several times.

Official quota is 60%. Everything over that should be considered bonus, because it depends of bad loans amount and warranty fund size and is constantly changing.
