Olavi, could you please share some of your portfolio stats? What is your portfolio XIRR and percentage of bad loans? Estimated XIRR has been steadily declining and this month it reached 20%, while bad loans increased to 12.4%. I have been investing only in 800-1000 loans across all maturities (for over a year now).
DanielJ, secondary market can have restrictions that prevent investors from loan flipping and therefore you will have zero additional costs. Just add a restrain to sell a new loan for 1, 3 or 6 months and you will have secondary market that will serve only for liquidity purpose.

Total
Loans issued: 477
Defaulted: 49 (10.27%)
Since 01.03.14
Loans issued: 128
Defaulted: 3 (2,34%)
My XIRR (Defaulted loans valued at 28,6%; overdue at 90%): 17,33%.
Omaraha XIRR: 22,8%
Omaraha XIRR last 12 months: 23,4%
Started about 18 months ago. Got some nasty ones right at the beginning. Currently issuing across all maturities and all credit ratings.
I am a bit worried about the decline of monthly total amount invested overall. I am guessing that this is due to high interest rates and increasing competition.

I would be adding money here if there was a good secondary market. I too had many poor defaulting loans when I started late last year, but the recent ones seem much better quality.
I don't mean a secondary market like Bondora has which I find ridiculous since they threw open the premiums, apparently by investor request, although I do wonder how many asked for it.
I am now directing my spare income to Assetz Capital, who had an extensive forum discussion with investors before deciding to have no resale premiums and no fees. Their system also pays interest due at the sale date to the seller and from then on to the buyer. I believe that is the way to attract money to a platform.

Please no secondary market like Bondora!!
That´s only for the “p2p-daytrader” …
Rise the compansation rate by the warranty fond, that´s the better way for “Long-Investors” here.

You are very wrong there. Second market is huge revenue for platform. Also it is big help for attracting investors and possibility for exit for people who need money. Soon every platform will have secondary market and lack of it will be big disadvantage of OR

It is very easy to prevent P2P trading. Just set the maximum premium on the Secondary Market to 0%.
The P2P Traders have no reason to buy the Parts, because they cant sell the Parts at a higher Premium.
And if an Investor need qick money they can sell their Loan parts without a loss.
I am sure that others would also invest more money here on Omaraha if there is a Secondary Market available.
Bandit55555Here is no lack of money. All we need is more good loans.

I personally would like to see marketplace for trading entire portfolios. For example you have 10000 eur portfolio and put it for sale, asking 12000 price. Somebody is willing to pay 9500 an some day you make a trade at 11000. Just like a stockmarket (ask-bid prices). When you need cash quickly you will lower your portfolios price and get a quick deal.
timoAbility to sell bundles of loans would be massive improvement compared to Bondora. No other Estonian P2P lender currently offers secondary market. Does anyone have an overview of other European P2P platforms regarding their secondary markets?
