In the offers table, is it possible that there are listed also amounts of investment terms which can't bid because of a lack of money on investment account?
So all amounts of active investment terms are listed there, but I don't know how much really can invest, am I right?

Yes. It is possible that there are some investments that cant go in to loans, because there is not enough money in the investment account. Unfortunately you cant see how many really can invest.
