I see that amount of cash I have is 100EUR (Investment account)

In report (Investmnet->Statistics) I see Portfolio balance is = 1000EUR

This amount (1000) includes my free cash or it is just unpaid balance of loans (green+yellow+blue)?

Portfolio balance is only unpaid principal balance of your active investments.
