This calculation would be correct if there was no previously returned principal.
Correct way to calculate payment quota from warranty funds is:
quota = loan sold/(initial principal amount - previously returned principal)
From investment overview:
previously returned principal = “Paid” - “Loan sold”
Therefore:
quota = “Loan sold”/(“Initial principal” - “Paid” + “Loan sold”)
